Can I book any route in Istanbul?
Yes. Hotels, the airport, Galataport, restaurants, the bazaars and the Bosphorus shore. If you can name the two places, ask in the chat.
How early should I write?
A day ahead is ideal, especially for airport pickups. Booking 30 to 60 minutes before is often fine for a city ride.
What should I send?
Date and time, pickup, drop-off, your name, passengers and luggage. For an airport ride, add the flight number and the name for the sign.
Is the price per person?
No. You book the whole car. The figure we send is the figure you pay, unless you later change the route or the vehicle.
Which payment do you take?
Cash in Turkish lira, euro, US dollar or pounds. Other options can be agreed in the chat. There is no prepayment.
Is a child seat really free?
Yes, when you request it. Say the ages so we fit a baby seat or a booster.
Do you take groups?
Yes. Mercedes Vito VIP vans for families, and minibuses for larger groups when arranged ahead.
Do you speak English?
Yes. An English-speaking operator answers on WhatsApp.
Which airport do you serve?
Istanbul Airport (IST), on the European side. The driver waits at the arrivals exit with your name, and the same car takes you back for the flight.
How long is Istanbul Airport to the city?
About 45 to 70 minutes to Taksim, Fatih and Galata, 50 to 75 to Sultanahmet, 50 to 80 to Beşiktaş and the Bosphorus, 40 to 65 to Şişli. Evening traffic adds time but not money: the price is fixed before the ride.
When should we leave the hotel for the flight?
About four hours before an international departure and three before a domestic one. Istanbul Airport is far from the centre and the terminal is large. We confirm the pickup time when you send the flight.
Where do you drive?
Taksim, Sultanahmet, Fatih, Beyoğlu and Galata, Beşiktaş and the Bosphorus, Şişli and Nişantaşı, Levent and Maslak, Yeşilköy and Florya, plus Istanbul Airport and Galataport.
Is the ride insured?
Passenger insurance is included, and the cars are licensed for passenger transport.
