Your booking
This page explains what we collect when you book a taxi or an airport transfer in Istanbul, and how that information is used.
When you write on WhatsApp, the message may include your name, hotel, pickup time, passenger numbers, luggage notes, a baby-seat request and, for airport rides, a flight number. If you call, we may note the same details to complete the booking.
We use this information only to quote a price, send the driver and complete the ride. We do not sell it. We keep it as long as needed for the booking and for basic accounts.
